Notes: the drain is exterior and gravity fed — no pumps. Ground settles where it is disturbed; final grading and grass are the owner's to finish. Contractor is not responsible for damage caused inside the home while working on the exterior. Optional: if your neighbor has his portion of the drain done and connected so the line is continuous, his portion would be $1,332 — quoted separately, not part of the total above.

Warranty: 12 months workmanship on the work performed; 12 months on the drainage system.

Not included: any crawlspace work — no vapor barrier, no encapsulation and no dehumidifier; no sump pump or any pumped system; no electrical work; no structural repair to the house; no interior trench drain; no gutter or downspout work; any repair to driveway, concrete, paint or finish surfaces; any work on the neighbor's property; any work not listed in the scope above.
